Terms and Conditions
- Most dogs are allowed on board. Dog must be house trained, of small size, and sufficient pee pads must be brought by customer. Contact us before to check your dog eligibility.
- Charter rates include fuel, skipper and crew.
- A peak rate surcharge of 20% will apply on Public Holidays and Eves of Public Holiday.
- Smoking is ONLY allowed on designated smoking area on board.
- Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment and is subject to first-come, first-served basis.
- In the event of adverse weather condition and/or sea conditions, postponement will be determined by our skipper.
- For Cancellation: More than 28 days prior to departure, full refund less 18% admin fee will be made. More than 14 days, less than 28 days, 50% of full payment will be refunded. Less than 14 days, full amount will be forfeited.
- For Re-Scheduling: 2 weeks notice prior to date of charter. Only one rescheduling allowed.
- Personal insurance is recommended to be undertaken by clients and/or their guests.
